It’s a bold statement to make, but Native Instruments released Traktor Pro 2.10.3 that promises to fix all existing bugs in Windows. In their words:
All known issues related to crashes on Windows have been resolved. If you are experiencing TRAKTOR crashes on Windows after having updated to the latest version, please read this article to learn how to prevent issues caused by corrupted audio files.
Apart from that, two other issues with waveforms and Stems have been fixed as well:
- Fixed blurry waveform rendering when loading a track to a Deck.
- Fixed occasional misalignments when displaying Stems.
The update is supposed to be a bug fix effort, but still some new features have been added:
- The Rane MP2014 mixer is Scratch Certified and can be used to control Timecode in TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO 2.
- The AUX Input on the TRAKTOR KONTROL S5 / Z2 can now be configured in TRAKTOR Preferences > Input Routing.
Good to see something coming out from Native Instruments after so long, it seems forever since Traktor Pro has gotten some love from their development department and no one is even expecting for Traktor Pro 3.0 to see the light of day, ever.
So if you are a Traktor Pro user, get the update.
