It’s always good to see a new version of Serato DJ, even if lately all the updates have been almost exclusively about supporting new gear and less about adding new features to the software.

With version 1.9.9, Serato DJ now supports the two newest Roland DJ controllers, the DJ-202 and the DJ-505.

We are left to wonder what’s in store for Serato 2.0, could it be coming our way before the end of the year? With Rekordbox 5.0 just released a few weeks ago, it would be strange for Serato to stay far behind with a major release…
