Pioneer DJ has released a white version of their flagship media player CDJ-2000NXS2 and their flagship mixer DJM-900NXS2.

Apart from being white, they will be produced in limited edition:

A strictly limited run of 1,800 CDJ-2000NXS2-W decks (1,600 for Europe, 200 for the USA) will be produced, along with 900 DJM-900NXS2-W mixers (800 for Europe, 100 for the USA). Each unit will be stamped with a distinctive plaque featuring a unique serial number.

Apart from the color and the plaque, the player and the mixer have exactly the same features as their black counterparts.

This will of course not be enough to stop the rise of Denon DJ’s Prime Series, Pioneer DJ will have to come with a next-generation media player/mixer combo in order to achieve that.

But for the fans of Pioneer DJ with deep pockets, and certainly the fans of white DJ gear, this is probably a reason to empty their bank account!
